Isaiah 55:8-9 (NIV)
“For my thoughts are not your thoughts, neither are your ways my ways,” declares the Lord. “As the heavens are higher than the earth, so are my ways higher than your ways and my thoughts than your thoughts.
WORD:
The scripture gives us further insight into the nature of God. As Spirit, He does not possess a human body like we do but He has thoughts and He has His ways. There is a huge difference between the thoughts of man and that of God. To walk in His will is to know His will and diligently walk in it. This is a high standard that seems practically not achievable. The ways of God gives us a glimpse into the nature of God and when we understand His nature, we realize His thoughts. The prophet is needed to communicate the thoughts of God to humanity. Aligning our ways to God’s ways, will narrow the gap between His ways and ours. Knowing God will in real time will reveal His thoughts. His wish for you is to make you prosperous, healthy in body and soul. Ride His wave, reach the stars.
PRAYER:
Help me O Lord, to live according to your ways and walk in your will. Courage to confront my fears and strength to remain diligent. In Jesus’ name I pray.
