WK 43 - His Hope, Our Swing Into Tomorrow

Writer's picture: Ralph's Prayer DiaryRalph's Prayer Diary

Isaiah 40:31 (NIV)

but those who hope in the Lord will renew their strength. They will soar on wings like eagles; they will run and not grow weary, they will walk and not be faint.

WORD:

This piece of scripture combines three amazing natural characteristics and lays them at your feet for holding on to hope in the Lord. Life is a progressive journey of which we will always remember the past and live in the present. The future will always be illusive as we are limited in our human abilities to see what lies ahead. Vague visions, prophecies and discernment, shows us what possibilities we may encounter. Hope is that one element of assurance which keeps our focus on the promise of eternal life. To you who hope, you are endowed with the skill and sight to fly like an eagle, the ability to run like the panting deer for water, or the strength to walk everyday carrying the cross of grace to the finish line. You can walk, run, or fly today. You have super powers and are a superhero for the kingdom.

PRAYER:

My hope in you O Lord will never fail. My trust in your divine grace will never grow faint. Thank you for the gifts and blessings deposited in me. In Jesus' name I pray.
