Matthew 7:7-8
“Ask, and you will receive; seek, and you will find; knock, and the door will be opened to you. For everyone who asks will receive, and anyone who seeks will find, and the door will be opened to those who knock.
WORD:
Isn’t it interesting that the all-knowing loving God will want us to go through these processes before he provides, shows, and opens especially if he knows before we even ask? First of all, opening your mouth to ask, seeking or knocking, grants him direct access into your situation and most importantly, it takes humility, reliance, and a contrite heart to ask for help. God is very respectful of our wishes and he’ll stand outside that door for a lifetime until you let him in. Haven’t you heard the proud will receive nothing from God? Some trust more in their chariots than the saving grace for our eternity. Ask, Seek, Knock.
PRAYER:
O Lord our eternal provider, come take absolute control of every situation in my life. Protect me from every evil tongue and horns elevated against me. lead me on the right path to my destiny.
