2 Cor 9:15 (NIV)
Thanks be to God for his indescribable gift!
Paul was making reference to acts of kindness and services offered by people to others in the early church. We usually say “thank you” after such acts or after we have received a “gift”. Everything we own or possess was given (the gift of life, protection from harm, salvation and grace). He thanked God for those acts because it is the Lord who compels men to give to us. Cultivate the habit of being thankful to God for the little things and watch him do the big things. May his grace give you a reason to be thankful today .
Thank you Lord for the many blessings and help me see all the wonders and miracles bestowed upon me. Cause men to direct services into my bosom. In Jesus’ name I pray.
