Nehemiah 8:10 (NIV)
Nehemiah said, “Go and enjoy choice food and sweet drinks, and send some to those who have nothing prepared. This day is holy to our Lord. Do not grieve, for the joy of the Lord is your strength.”
WORD:
God’s is our ever present help and his love is not limited to only specific days. God is holy and everyday remains holy in his sights. His provisions for you never cease because he is God. When we please God, our emotions and psyche align with the spirit of God and there’s that voice which tells us “good and faithful servant”. This affirmation comes with encouragement, desire to do more and strength is generated. Let God be joyful and not wrathful and you will enjoy his goodness with a fountain of strength to keep you going every day. Peace!!
PRAYER:
O Lord, that I may receive strength from the affirmations of your will. That I will do what is right and walk upright before you. Let your joy fill my heart. In Jesus name I pray
