James 1:2 (NIV)
Consider it pure joy, my brothers and sisters, whenever you face trials of many kinds,
WORD:
When we pass an exam there’s a joy that represents the hard work, discipline and dedication invested into studying. Your trials and temptations should be seen like an exam. You now have an opportunity for promotion. The source of the test is irrelevant in this case because you have been equipped to pass and heaven is behind you so fear not. There’s no reward for failing the exam but as a child of God, even though failing comes with pain, you gain the experience of resilience and build character. A vital tool for success in the kingdom. Be joyful and win with grace.
PRAYER:
Grant me the wisdom to know how to be humble enough to know your will and your ways so I can discern the seasons and times of testing. In Jesus name I pray
