Proverbs 14:11 (NIV)

The house of the wicked will be destroyed, but the tent of the godly will flourish.

WORD:

To a large extent we associate high end material possessions to prosperity, affluence and well being. A tent or a hut in a remote part of the town may not be that desirable. The promise to flourish has nothing to do with status, position, level of wealth, ethnicity or race. God is fair and just. Not all will become billionaires but we can all achieve success and growth in our dealings through God’s obedience and guidance. You will flourish in every aspect of your life. No wicked house shall rise against your peace. You are a child of God and good things will follow you. Shalom!

Dear Lord, help us live godly, obeying your commands and doing your will, bless our hands so we can touch others with love and grace. Thank you. In Jesus’ name I pray.
