Psalm 94:14 (NIV)
For the Lord will not reject his people; he will never forsake his inheritance.
WORD:
As gentiles, we are outside the chosen race of Israel but have been adopted as sons and daughters of God and assured the same inheritance as the Jews. The word inheritance in this text is very symbolic of the fact that we are not step children to the Grace of God but seen as inherited by God himself with rights. We must not be afraid to claim that which we desire from God’s kingdom. Christ’s redemptive sacrifice accomplished more than our sins can ever destroy. It took the blood of Jesus to redeem you from the shackles and grip of death. You have made it into the secure fold of heaven and “nothing” can cease the flow of God’s Love. No matter what happens, remember you are definitely not forsaken and will not be rejected by the Father. Know your place, claim your crown.
PRAYER:
Help me O Lord to know that your love and grace for my life is unwavering. I will not be rejected neither will I be forsaken. I will love you forever. In Jesus Name I pray.
