WK 45 - Case Presented.

Isaiah 41:21 (NIV)

Present your case,” says the Lord. “Set forth your arguments,” says Jacob’s King.

WORD:

This is God asking that we present our case before Him with sound arguments. Here’s the truth, no human wisdom can match that of God and we all saw how that played out with Job. But God is still asking that we come before Him irrespective of how feeble or weak our case will be. The perfect solution to matching God’s wisdom is the Holy Spirit who is able to actually reveal to you what God is thinking in real time. He helps you formulate your argument in a way God will have a reason to accept your case and do His bidding for you. When was the last time you actually thought about God and what you were going to say to him? Let’s do this, write down everything you ever wanted to say to God, get help from the Holy Spirit and present your case to Him like King Hezekiah did in Isaiah 38.

PRAYER:

I plead my case O Lord, consider my plight and bless me and my generation with the blessings promised. Silence the avenger and raise a standard for my glory.

In Jesus' name I pray.
