Matt 8:27
Everyone was amazed. “What kind of man is this?” they said. “Even the winds and the waves obey him!”
WORD:
The disciples of Jesus were with him and knew what he was capable of so when trouble hit, they could go to him and ask for intervention. Those around Jesus at the time certainly knew who he was in person but, they had just witnessed Jesus on another level. I’m not sure what amazes you about Jesus. I have finally concluded that I am a real product of his grace and mercy and I am amazed at how he keeps showing up everyday when I call. The winds and waves already obeyed him once in Genesis but the real miracle is the peace and assurance that, he’s always a step closer to deliver you when you call.
PRAYER:
Thank you Lord for the gift of redemption. Thank you for the assurance of your grace and the confidence we have to call you ABBA father. And thank you for calming the seas of life.In Jesus’ name.
