Psalm 20:7 (NIV)
Some trust in chariots and some in horses, but we trust in the name of the Lord our God.
WORD:
Chariots and Horses were great assets to have because it gave you great advantage over your enemies when there was war. It is the Lord who gives us the glorious opportunity to see his divine power and favor and bring us victory when needed. The name of the Lord is many things worthy of our trust. It is our magic wand so call upon him not only in times of trouble but in moments of joy and gladness. Let his name be on your lips and trust in him as an all knowing God. He made the Horses and chariots for our pleasure, don’t make them your objects of trust.
PRAYER:
Your name O Lord is a tower of righteousness. We run into you and are saved. We trust your majesty, grace and love. Blessed be your name. In Jesus’ name I pray.
