The Sovereign Lord is my strength; he makes my feet like the feet of a deer, he enables me to tread on the heights.

Paul classifies his entire life and mission as a race. We have a limited time of existence on this earth so how we race towards eternity is important. To effectively run a good race, our feet will have to be strong to carry not only the weight of our burdens but keep us going irrespective of the terrain. The Lord will provide you with the strength needed and give you the speed and agility of the deer. You will run and not grow weak, neither shall you thirst or hunger. You will tread on high mountains possessing higher heights and the Lord is with you till the end.
PRAYER:
O Lord, strengthen my limbs and feet so I may run a good race in your will. Bless the works of my hand and keep me focused on your destiny for my life. In Jesus’ name I pray.
