Psalm 51:10 (GNT)
Create in me a clean heart, O God, and renew a right spirit within me.
WORD:
After the last day of creation, we know everything God made was perfect. In this verse we see a cry for God to recreate the heart of man because there was something happening within the very heart which wasn’t Godly. Man needed an intervention for his heart and spirit. God’s solution was already in the works: He created a patch to help man fix the issues of the heart and spirit. Acceptance of Jesus into the HEART and the gift of the HOLY SPIRIT to renew our SPIRIT. These are the marks of the foundations of a true and prosperous believer. It has to be a personal effort.
PRAYER:
Father, I want to thank you for the gift of the cross which empowers me to live again and your spirit who guides me through this complex world. Come live in and fix my heart in Jesus’ Name.
