Mark 5:36 (NIV)
Overhearing what they said, Jesus told him, “Don’t be afraid; just believe.”
WORD:
This was Jesus assuring Jairus who’s daughter just died not to be afraid but to believe in the saving power of the master. Jairus was hopeful of a miracle and his servants brought him the bad news of his daughters’ death. Fear is abstract and non-existent in most situations, it threatens our ability to believe which is fundamental to our belief. Every promise, prophesy, assurance given you will come to fruition no matter how long it takes. The key though, is to believe every word and promise, trusting that God is not a man to lie and will always come through on His word.
PRAYER:
Thank you Lord for assuring and walking me into my destiny. I will not be afraid to trust in your promises. I know I am safe in your hands. In Jesus name I Pray. Amen
