Rev. 14:7 (GNT)
He said in a loud voice, “Honor God and praise his greatness! For the time has come for him to judge. Worship him who made heaven, earth, sea, and the springs of water!”
WORD:
Worship and praise are cardinal parts or our relationship with God. All of heaven’s hosts worship God and it’s offered in the purest forms. Our authority and dominion on earth, positions us in a higher hierarchy which means that our worship works wonders. It takes us right into the throne room of God where we have unprecedented access. Worship is proclaiming his truth, acknowledging his worth, telling him of his goodness, obeying his commands because you reverence him, and go to him with everything because you know there is none like him. We exist to worship because it is everything and through it, we align to his will and our needs are met.
PRAYER:
Teach us O Lord to know we were created for fellowship and worship. And through these, we align with you and we walk in absolute obedience. Take away anything that stands in our way for this purpose. IJN
