Giving thanks is the sacrifice that honors me, and I will surely save all who obey me.”
WORD:
One of the most powerful leverage points for God is thanksgiving. When you say “thank you” to God for any reason, you acknowledge his lordship and sovereignty and it’s a submission of your will to his grace. There’s no sacrifice greater than obedience because it both pulls and pushes us towards God’s will. Everything you offer to God on the altar is a reflection of your level of trust in his ability to come through on his promises. The widow's mite was a greater sacrifice because it came from a place of honor and trust. Learn to thank him for everything and watch Satan flee from you.
PRAYER:
Thank you God for the air I breathe, thank you for the water I drink, thank you God for everything. I pray in Jesus’ name.
